When you first license DISAM, 30 days of free support is included with your license. Support is provided via email, fax and/or telephone.
An annual support subscription is highly recommended to assure that support is available to you and that you have access to the latest source.
If you do not have a support subscription it may be necessary to purchase a source refresh in addition to a support subscription. It will usually be necessary to upgrade to the latest source via a source refresh should a problem be encountered that has already been fixed in a later release.
